As a certified and credentialed captive insurance consultant, Mr. Clark provides technical and business insight in the areas of traditional and captive insurance program design. He engages with clients looking to explore the feasibility of captive insurance as well as remain a dedicated consultant for the ongoing strategy and compliance of active captive insurance programs.

Mr. Clark joined Gallagher in 2022 after nearly two decades in the Insurance and Risk Management industry. Previous experience includes Excess & Surplus Underwriter, RMIS Consultant, Loss Control Manager, and Director of Risk Management. Prior to joining Gallagher, Mr. Clark was appointed by the Commissioner of the TN Department of Insurance to serve as the Director of Business Development driving economic growth & development in the insurance sector.
